After reviewing your Innovis Credit Report, if you do not recognize information contained within the report, or believe that an item may be inaccurate, you may request an investigation.

Innovis currently offers two convenient ways to request an investigation: by phone or by mail.

Phone: Our Consumer Assistance Department is available to assist you with the dispute process. Simply call 1-800-540-2505. Representatives are available to assist you Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. ET.

Before contacting us, make sure you have all the necessary information. Our representatives will ask you to provide the following details:

  • Full name
  • Social Security Number
  • Date of birth (month/day/year)
  • Current address
  • Name and account number of the item being disputed
  • Reason for your dispute request

Mail: Using the attached Investigation Request Form makes disputing inaccurate items easy. Once you print and complete the form, please mail it to:
