If you believe information in your Innovis Credit Report is inaccurate or incomplete and have not yet submitted a dispute request to Innovis, we can initiate an investigation for you. If you have questions or concerns about investigation results you recently received from Innovis, please contact our Office of Consumer Affairs at 412-503-9291. Representatives are available to assist you Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm ET. If you wish to file a complaint with the CFPB, after entering www.consumerfinance.gov, select Submit a Complaint and then choose the appropriate product or service.
