Also, the report includes personal identification information such as your name, address, date of birth, and telephone number. Additionally, it identifies companies that have reviewed your Innovis Credit Report. Finally, your Innovis Credit Report includes required notices to help you understand your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and rights based upon your state of residence.

You can order a copy of your Innovis Credit Report online, by mail, by phone, or in person. You will be required to supply personal information such as your name, address, date of birth, and Social Security Number before Innovis can provide a copy of your report. Your report will be mailed to you within 7-10 business days after your request is received.

There is no charge to order a copy of your Innovis Credit Report.

Innovis does not offer mortgage and educational credit scores. For information on your FICO credit score, you can contact the Fair Isaac Corporation, the company that generates FICO credit scores, at www.myfico.com or 1-800-319-4433.

Negative information can stay on your Innovis Credit Report for approximately 7 years.

If you believe that information on your Innovis Credit Report is incomplete or inaccurate, you may initiate a Dispute.

Colorado state law requires consumers receive an annual notification when 8 or more credit inquiries or negative information is added to their credit reports. You can order your Innovis Credit Report to review the credit inquiries and account statuses.
