It is a report that includes your credit history, consisting of accounts you have now or have had in the
past. Also, the report includes personal identification information such as your name, address, date of
birth, and telephone number. Additionally, it identifies companies that have reviewed your Innovis Credit
Report. Finally, your Innovis Credit Report includes required notices to help you understand your rights
under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and rights based upon your state of residence.
How do I get a copy of my Innovis Credit Report?
You can order a copy of your Innovis Credit Report online, by
mail, by
phone, or in person.
You will be required to supply personal information such as your name, address, date of birth, and Social
Security Number before Innovis can provide a copy of your report. Your
report will be mailed to you within 7-10 business days after your request is received.
Is there a cost to me?
There is no charge to order a copy of your Innovis Credit Report.
Does Innovis offer credit scores?
Innovis does not offer mortgage and educational credit scores. For information on your FICO credit
score, you can contact the Fair Isaac Corporation, the company that generates FICO credit scores, at
