A protected consumer is a minor child or an individual with a court-ordered representative, guardian, or conservator.

You can add a Security Freeze to your child's or protected consumer's Innovis Credit Report.

Requests pertaining to your minor child’s Innovis Credit report must be accompanied by:

• A copy of your minor child's birth certificate
• A copy of your minor child's Social Security card
• Proof of your identity

If you are a legal guardian, you must also provide one of the following:

• An order issued by a court of law
• Power of Attorney
• Signed and notarized statement that illustrates your authority to act on behalf of the protected consumer
