You can add a Fraud Alert to your Innovis Credit Report if you believe you have been or may become a victim of fraud or identity theft. You can add an Active Duty Alert to your Innovis Credit Report to indicate that you are on active military duty.
What is a Fraud Alert?
What is the difference between an Initial Fraud Alert and an Extended Fraud Alert?
An Initial Fraud Alert remains on your Innovis Credit Report for 12 months. You may request a free copy of your Innovis Credit Report while the Initial Fraud Alert is on your report.
An Extended Fraud Alert remains on your Innovis Credit Report for 7 years. Additionally, Innovis will remove (Opt-Out) your information from marketing lists used for pre-approved credit or insurance offers for 5 years. You may request two free copies of your Innovis Credit Report during the 12 month period following the date Innovis placed the Extended Fraud Alert.
